Razor Electric Bike - From The MX350 To The MX650

A Razor dirt bike is a popular riding toy among teenagers because it gives them the fun of being able to get on what seems like a real bike on dirt tracks. In actual fact, it is a miniature bike, and with in-built speed limits, it results in being a safe ride on toy for kids. Prior to riding, you will must charge it overnight and after fully charged, it can give you half an hour to 45 minutes of fun.

Razor bike has different models to fit different riders such as maturity and skill level. All the models are specifically for teenage riders with the slowest bike having a recommended minimum age of 12 for the rider. This is the Razor MX350 which can take a maximum rider weight of 140lbs and comes with a speed limit of 14 miles per hour, running on a 350 wattage electrical motor. Since it is smaller and slower, it is suitable for younger teens who are just starting out in dirt bike riding.

At the other end of the range is the Razor MX650 dirt bike. This bike runs on a 650 watt motor, which definitely has more force than the MX350. With a speed cap of 17 miles per hour, this bike can take riders of up to 220lbs in weight. The MX650 runs on 16 and 14-inch tires compared to the MX350. This is to be expected as it has a larger body overall. More for skillful riders, it is a fitting bike for those who are 16 and above.

Besides the above models, there are also two other intermediate bikes in between. These bikes are the MX400 and MX500 models. All these bikes, from the MX350 to MX650, are dissimilar in price with the more powerful ones being costlier as you step up the line. However, between the MX350 and MX400, the latter is not as well-liked among parents because the features are generally similar. For a 50-watt variation in the motor, the higher price is probably not justified in their minds.

Lastly, if you are searching for a Razor electric bike for your teen, you should assess his experience and riding capability before buying. There are risks of crashes with these bikes, particularly for a new rider, and that is why you ought to be cautious about which bike to buy. The most expensive bike is not necessarily the perfect bike for your teen, although you may well be able to pay for it.
